Welcome to the Boston Freecycle Town Group!
The Freecycle Network™ is made up of 5,356 Town Groups with 11,433,903 members across the globe. It's a grassroots and entirely nonprofit movement of people who are giving (and getting) stuff for free in their own towns and thus keeping good stuff out of landfills. We are not a social services organization. Please refrain from posting any personal information about yourself. Simply OFFER what you have or state what is WANTED. There is a limit of 3 active WANTED per member. NEVER post your address or phone number. Only give that information to the person you choose to pick up your item. Curb Alerts are not allowed should multiple members go to an address only to find items are gone. Curb Alerts will automatically be removed.
Membership is free, and everything posted must be FREE, legal and appropriate for all ages. To view the items being given away or sought in Boston, you must be a member of the local Town Group.
